Herbert A. Schreier, M.D., is Chief of Psychiatry at Children's Hospital Oakland in Oakland, California. He trained in child psychiatry at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and was a Commonwealth Foundation Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.
